Leiah's Dedication at CLA

On March 25th at the second service at Christian Life Assembly in Langley, We had a formal dedication for Leiah. We wanted to have it at CLA since we had so many friends there. It also provided a place for Leiah's maternal and paternal families to come and celebrate. Cami's dad was the one that prayed for her in the service.

It was a very special Sunday. We were both very moved in the service and back at home. Cami and I have dreams for our little girl and pray into it daily. We see how God has had his hand on Leiah from the very beginning of the journey.

When the service was over we went home for a big party. We had invited all four sets of Leiah's family. I think there were between 50-60 people in our home and we ate food and cake until we could eat no more. It was a wonderful day and a great celebration

I find myself filled with emotion as I read your post. Tears of joy for the way that the Lord has fulfilled your dreams of having a child. It is amazing how God can take something that seems hopeless and turn it into a miraculous event. Leiah is your little miracle and a sweet beautiful one at that. You both deserve nothing but the best. You took a faith stance and the Lord blessed you for it. You are an inspiration of perserverence and patience. We can learn a lot from you! Leiah, you looked beautiful on your special day. I can't wait to watch all the dreams your parents have for you come true.
